By joining the BiblioQuest International affiliates program, affiliates have indicated that they agree to the following terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions must be in writing and approved by BiblioQuest International.

Anyone violating these terms will be removed from the BiblioQuest International affiliates program.

By joining, affiliates have indicated agreement to the following:

1. Affiliates agree to insert the provided HTML code for linking to the BiblioQuest International Out-Of-Print on line book search on their web site. The HTML code may not be modified in any way without written permission from BiblioQuest International.
2. BiblioQuest International reserves the right to not accept any potential affiliate for any reason.
3. An affiliate may cancel their affiliation with BiblioQuest International at any time by sending a cancellation notice containing the account number and password that you wish to cancel to: cancelaffiliate@biblioquest.com.au and removing the BiblioQuest International search request HTML code from the web site. Cancellations take place immediately.
4. An affiliate may not display the search request form HTML on other sites than the site for which the account is set up unless written permission is granted from BiblioQuest International. An affiliate may display the search request form HTML anywhere within their web site. Displaying the search request form on other sites or other locations is grounds for termination of account.
5. The BiblioQuest International name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from BiblioQuest International.
   Exception, each affiliate has the right to use information compiled by BiblioQuest International for the affiliate's site or in the promotion of the affiliate's site.
6. Affiliates agree that their web site information (name, URL, etc.) may be used by BiblioQuest International.
7. The information affiliates provide to BiblioQuest International will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any outside agency.
8. BiblioQuest International, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of BiblioQuest International' services.
9. Affiliates agree to use BiblioQuest International at their own risk.
10. BiblioQuest International makes every effort to verify and maintain a high standard of quality for our services, but BiblioQuest International does not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, or accuracy of BiblioQuest International services.
11. BiblioQuest International reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary. It is the affiliate's responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions, since changes are effective for all affiliates, regardless of when the affiliate joined.

You may not submit your details unless you agree to the above Terms and Conditions. Submitting your details is an indication that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
